(1) After payment, it will take 3-5 business days to ship out from our studio. All items are customised. Some products are more complicated, which might need 5-7 business days.
(2) Then the parcels will arrive at the destination country in about 5 – 10 Business days.
(3) Then the local couriers will carry out the parcels. It will take around 3 – 5 business days to arrive.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.
CAN I CHANGE THE DESTINATION COUNTRY OF MY ORDER ?
After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED ?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. When you receive the shipping confirmation, it comes with a tracking number and tracking link. The tracking status will be updated in a few days. You could check the shipping status of your parcels at https://www.17track.net/en.
